High quality building materials made of composite wood (WPC) are eco-friendly, suitable for external use.

Warranty period of WPC terrace boards is 10 years from the date of purchase, provided that the product is used as intended and under normal conditions.

In the event of any structural damage caused by termites or manufacturing defects detected during the warranty period, defective products will be replaced with an equivalent amount of similar material.

Production defects are usually described as:

• Blisters, splinters or voids in the material
• Disintegration or crumbling of the material
• Rotting, warping or cracking of the material
• Visible color change, discoloration or fading not related to normal weather conditions.

Transport, delivery, assembly or disassembly costs are not covered by the warranty. Products damaged due to acts of vandalism, improper use or improper installation are not covered by this warranty.

The warranty is not valid if the product has been installed incorrectly or has not been used or maintained properly.

All warranty claims must be reported within 30 days from noticing the defect. We will investigate all warranty claims and determine whether the claim relates to manufacturing defects and is therefore covered by the warranty, or whether the defect was caused by other factors that are not considered defects in production - in that case the warranty claim will be rejected.
