Log in to your user account to make the product reservation quick and efficient. Your contact details will be filled in automatically.
- Adding products to the basket.
After you have logged in to your account, go to the chosen product, choose the quantity and click the "Add to basket"-button.
Once you go to the basket, you will have 20 minutes to complete the purchase process. You will be asked for your contact details, shipping address, delivery and payment methods and invoicing data if you wish to receive an invoice.
When you confirm the order, you will be redirected to the payment provider depending on the chosen method of payment. Once the payment is registered, you will receive an e-mail with the order confirmation and the process of realization of your order will start.

4a. Quick payment - prepare everything before starting.
If you choose this method (on-line transfer, credit card) you will be transferred to the payment system which might have limited time for transaction. Prepare everything that you will be needing for that process (for example your credit card, token or mobile phone).
After the transaction, you will automatically be redirected back to the shop. Do not click on the "back"-button, as this will cancel the transaction and clear your basket, and your product will not be reserved.
4b. Traditional transfer - do not forget to wire the transfer.
If you choose this method, you will find all the necessary information at the end of the product reservation process. You will also receive an e-mail. You will have 72 hours to wire the transfer. During this time the payment should be credited to our account. Make the transfer as soon as possible to make sure that the payment will be registered on time.
The order status will be changed once the payment is credited to our account. The waiting time for wire transfers may vary depending on the transfer time (working day/weekend/bank holidays) but it is usually between one and a few days.
Check your inbox often to receive an order confirmation. If you do not receive an order confirmation, check your spam folder and other folders to make sure it did not go there by mistake.
We offer 10% discount on your first order. The discount will automatically be calculated and added to the order.
Your account - check the orders status.
The status of the order can be found in the "Your orders"-section.
If you would like to change your contact details, go to the "My account"-section on our website (top right corner). There are two options:
- "Settings" - here you can change your name, e-mail address and marketing information agreement,
- "Addresses" - add all your needed addresses to save time during the ordering process.
